  Please let me introduce myself and tell you how I work. I am Patty Nunn, your home grown Georgia Peach, who works strictly via the internet.  I am primarily a Buyer’s agent, and work with clients who contact me via my websites. They tell me what type of home, neighborhood and schools that they want to be near.  I listen very carefully to other wants and needs, and then send homes that meet your particular criteria to your email for you to view. When you see the homes that best suits your family’s needs, you then contact me to set an appointment to view these homes.  Our relationship will be one that develops over a period of months. Â
